Our Philosophy

Dignity

Developing honest and reliable relationships between staff and service users is at the heart of this, allowing the people we support to live a full and productive life. Our complaints procedure is clear, concise and readily available. Complaints will be dealt with in a confidential and timely manner. We welcome the opportunity to discuss, improve and grow for the good of our residents.

Respect

We ensure that everyone at the home is treated with RESPECT. We work hard to ensure our service also takes into account any cultural, medical, religious, emotional and race needs. We cater for all our service users regardless of Ethnic background race religion etc. RESPECT is at the heart of our service provision.

Choice

Every service user is empowered to make an informed CHOICE about their stay with us. Before moving into our home our service user can choose their decor in their bedroom, making CHOICES in their weekly meals plan etc. Some CHOICES need to be made by staff i,e concerning health issues and risk etc. These CHOICES are made with advice and help taken from service user’s, families and local authorities.
